FAQs

  • You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free, nurturing space to explore challenging thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach utilizes a trauma-informed whole-body person lens for individualized care.

I use various therapeutic tools—including mindfulness, cognitive approaches, somatic techniques, energy-based practices, and lifestyle insights—tailored to your individual needs.

My goal is to help you navigate overwhelm or feeling stuck, guiding you on your path toward authentic aliveness.

    Initial Appointment (50 minutes)
In our first session, I’ll take a detailed history to understand your experiences and challenges. Together, we will collaborate on your personalized goals that will guide our work together.

    Follow-Up Appointments (50 minutes)
Subsequent sessions typically last 50 minutes. Regular appointments are encouraged, ideally on a weekly or biweekly basis, to help you achieve your goals effectively.

    Intensive Sessions (90 minutes)

I also offer Safe and Sound Protocol music-based intervention (read more here), and Somatic IFS intensive sessions to either jump-start or deepen your connection with yourself and the different parts of yourself.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to ensure we are a good fit for each other.

  • I support individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma (including complex, developmental, PTSD), relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is especially helpful for those that have been to therapy before. I want to help you ACTUALLY FEEL your feelings, so we will regularly pause and connect back to your somatic experience (i.e. heaviness, tightness, “pit in my stomach”, etc.) and your emotions.

I often work with perfectionists, highly sensitive people, creatives, and those who feel like the “odd one out” in their families. I’m also deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those healing from religious trauma.

  • I use an integrative approach. Drawing from a range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and energetic approaches like Mind Body Spirit Release and EFT. This integrative approach allows us to work together in a way that best suits your individual needs.

I am certified in Safe and Sound Protocol and Rest and Restore Protocol, which are therapeutic listening interventions for nervous system regulation.

  • For therapy:

I’d like to see you weekly or bi-weekly. Regular sessions help to reinforce progress and achieve your therapeutic goals effectively. We can meet less frequently as you progress towards your goals, and when you’ve made it where you want to go, we will discuss the end of our therapeutic relationship.

    For SSP:

We will meet at least once for the intake session (1h). I will get you onboarded with the program, guide the listening, and provide coping/regulation techniques for you to do on your own.

It’s possible for you to continue the program on your own (independent listening), in session with me, or a combination.
