I support individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma (including complex and developmental), relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is especially helpful for those exploring holistic wellness and emotional integration. I often work with high-achievers, perfectionists, highly sensitive people, creatives, and those who feel like the “odd one out” in their families. I’m also deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those healing from religious trauma.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Techniques to help you stay grounded and present.
Breathwork: Practices to regulate your nervous system and promote relaxation.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping): A powerful tool for releasing emotional blockages.
Cognitive Behavioral Practices: Strategies to challenge and change unhelpful thought patterns.
Energy Techniques: Approaches to facilitate emotional and energetic balance.
Address Trauma using the appropriate modality for you: ACT, IFS, somatic-based, attachment, and energetic modalities (such as EFT, Mind Body Spirit Release, and Life Journey).
My goal is to help you cultivate emotional flexibility, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Together, we will work to replace ineffective habits and behaviors with positive, transformative ones that enhance your emotional well-being and inner calm.
