Individual Holistic Therapy

mind • body • soul

Trauma-informed therapy that honors your emotional, physical, and energetic self to move through anxiety, integrate trauma, and untangle relationship patterns with compassion.

  • Holistic therapy is just an approach to therapy that includes the “whole” person (mind, body, spirit). For example, I might ask you about your bowel movements because I know there’s a brain-gut connection, and your body might be trying to tell us something!

You are also a whole person in an environment that impacts you. The systems (family, communities, politics, culture, religion, etc.) we are part of impact how we see the world and engage in it.

I take a trauma-informed and attachment-based approach, and I will always bring you back to what’s going on in your body (heaviness, tightness, numbness, etc.) The modalities I tend to use are ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Polyvagal theory, Mindfulness-based, and Somatic Approach.

Sessions are collaborative and personalized to you. Depending on a person’s interests, we’ve incorporated creative expression (art, music), movement (yoga, stretching), breathwork, tapping (EFT), and guided meditation in session to aid in the therapeutic process.

I also provide SSP, a listening therapy for nervous system regulation.

  • I work with people who are navigating:

    • Anxiety and overwhelm

    • Depression

    • Trauma (including PTSD and complex relational trauma)

    • Life transitions (significant life event, identity shifts, loss, new phase of life)

    • Fear of being seen

    • Low self-esteem

    • Perfectionists

    • Shadow work

    • Inner child and parts work

    • Identity and gender issues

    • Sexuality concerns

    • Highly sensitive persons

    • Spirituality (including religious trauma, spiritual awakening)

  • You can expect a judgment-free space to explore your human-ness. I will direct us back to your emotions and felt experience in the body.

Sessions with me are virtual. We will meet online via Zoom.

In our first session, I will get a zoomed-out picture of what’s going on in your life: current challenges, physical/somatic symptoms, lifestyle factors (sleep, movement, digestion), relationships, and support systems.

I am available for a free 15-minute consultation call to make sure we are a good fit. You can reach out here to schedule a call.
