Mindfulness is “keeping one’s complete attention to the experience on a moment-to-moment basis in an open and non-judgmental way.”
Mindfulness allows us to be with our thoughts, feelings, sensations in a non-judgmental way. This makes room for acceptance and self-compassion.
Mindfulness is evidence-based to increase our health, wellbeing, and relationships.

I lead a mindfulness group about twice a year, virtually via Zoom. Please reach out or check the events page to see when the next group will be or get on the waitlist.
In group, we learn evidence-based mind-body techniques that not only help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression but also provide a lifestyle change that can sustainably shift your stress response to be more resilient, emotionally flexible, and adaptable.
We will engage in breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, and values-based alignment, as well as self-compassion techniques.
