Mindfulness allows us to be with our thoughts, feelings, sensations in a non-judgmental way. This makes room for acceptance and self-compassion.

  • I lead a mindfulness group about twice a year, virtually via Zoom. Please reach out or check the events page to see when the next group will be or get on the waitlist.
