Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

Calm your nervous system. Cultivate safety. Support deeper healing.

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a gentle, evidence-based auditory intervention designed to support nervous system regulation. Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and grounded in Polyvagal Theory, SSP uses specially filtered music to help calm the body’s stress response, promote feelings of safety, and support emotional resilience.
